Zafferano & Co. Cooking Classes are taught exclusively by certified Italian chefs.

All classes are led by professionally trained Italian chefs, with formal culinary education and direct experience in Italian kitchens.
We do not offer “Italian-style” classes, entertainment cooking, or adaptations taught by non-Italian instructors.

Our classes focus on real techniques, authentic ingredients, and regional Italian cuisine, exactly as it is taught and practiced in Italy.

These are structured, hands-on lessons designed for people who want to learn Italian cooking properly, with accuracy, discipline, and respect for tradition.
