Maccheroncini di Campofilone PGI are the typical village of Campofilone product: they are a pasta of centuries-old heritage, it is characterised by their great ability to absorb any sauce. They are produced with fresh eggs and durum wheat semolina, all exclusively from the farm owned by the company, 100% made in Marche. They are dried at very low temperatures and cooked in just 2 minutes. - Cooks in 1-2 minutes - The yield of this pasta is very high: 60-65 grams per serving is enough, so 250 grams of pasta is 4 servings. - Low Glycemic Index: proven through scientific research with universities showing that our pasta, once assimilated, does not create the glycemic spike . Width 1 mm.
