Bio
Asuni Carlo was born in Cagliari, Sardinia on October 30, 1975. After graduating from school with a science degree in 1995 he started working in 1996 in Costa Rica Puerto Viejo as a bartender. He went on to work as a chef de partie gaining experience in his future vocation. At the end of 1996 Asuni departed for London. He started working as an assistant cook in a restaurant called Earl's Court. After a few months of hard work with almost nonexistent pay ( but a surplus of passion and creativity) he went to "Voila '", the prestigious French restaurant where he honed his craft for a period of one year. The Young Chef was hungry for culinary knowledge so he started a new working adventure, with a chain of English pubs called "The Punch". His last experience in England as head chef was in the Italian restaurant called "The Sicilian" in Soho. In 2001 he had the opportunity to move to Poland where he worked as the Head Chef for a chain of hotels called "Qubus". His assignments were growing immeasurably and in 2003 he was offered the chance, thanks to his culinary skills, to manage the "Papu"restaurant. In 2007 he undertook a new venture in the restaurant called "Winnica" then moved in 2012 to the Italian restaurant "The Alley". He continues to wow his patrons with his brand of cuisine presently as the Executive Chef of the restaurant "Mr. Charlie" and has been honored to provide an exquisite culinary experience as the Private Chef of the President of Poland.
