Enzo Neri has been working in the culinary landscape for the last 16 years and has held a range of senior positions in the industry. From Head Chef to consultancy design and management Neri has created new dining experiences for industry giants as well as private clients. His passion for the culture of food encompasses the acts of cooking, eating and sharing as well as experimentation and development. He is inspired and driven as an industry leader and this passion infects those he models his skills for and those who partake in his creations. His proven track record in creating award winning, innovative and consistently good cuisine afforded him a position at Rococo, Sofitel, Dubai. During his sojourn at Sofitel he was awarded the "Ospitalita Italiana" seal of quality. Later, he was honored yet again with the same award at Broken English in New York. > In 2012 a restaurant he developed and led for Whissle group, Sophie’s, was awarded Best Gastro Café What's On award. > Neri’s world wide experience includes consulting in Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Georgia and Kenya. > His endeavors in New York have produced Obica Flatiron, a 6800 square foot Italian concept in Manhattan. At present Neri helms Gradisca in the West Village, NYC as Executive Chef and is the private chef for MacAndrews & Forbes. > He has received many accolades in the form of glowing reviews in national, international and local publications. > As a result he regularly presents on Dubai One’s TV Studio One Show where he demonstrates cooking and presents stunning dishes. Other appearances include the show Toni On New York and Foodnetwork America. > Neri’s skill set is apparent in the successful opening of a number of restaurants across the world where his leadership took them from initial concept to opening. His innovative menu development, skill at sourcing, use of authentic and quality, yet competitive products, his recruitment and development of culinary teams, his ability to lead and communicate in english and Italian makes this star chef an all around shining light.
