Note from Master Chef Gianluca Deiana Abis:
As a chef, I have always believed in the power of tradition, craftsmanship, and innovation. My roots in Sardinia and experiences in Italy and beyond have shaped my culinary philosophy. I aim to create dishes that not only honor the past but also push the boundaries of what is possible in the kitchen. Through my work, I strive to bring people together with the flavors that tell stories—stories of family, culture, and heritage.
It has been an honor and a privilege to meet some of the most remarkable restaurateurs and chefs throughout my career. Although the life of a chef is incredibly challenging, it is always a pleasure to connect with other great chefs who share the same passion and dedication. The opportunity to learn from them and exchange ideas has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my journey in the culinary world.
I’ve had the honor of working with some of the finest chefs and serving distinguished individuals, and I continue to be inspired by the beauty of food and its ability to evoke emotions and memories. For me, cooking is more than just preparing meals—it's an art form, a journey, and a passion.
